Description

  • Drive strategic account growth by delivering against planned revenue targets and identifying, qualifying, and closing new revenue streams across products, regions, and business lines.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within contracted growth and unlock new avenues for product adoption, business line or regional expansion, and strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Revenue Leadership, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Implementation, Enterprise Consulting) to coordinate execution, adoption, and long-term customer success.
  • Build and maintain trusted senior-level executive relationships across customer stakeholder groups to ensure satisfaction, retention, and strategic alignment.
  • Conduct executive consultations, business reviews, and needs assessments to uncover growth opportunities and tailor solutions to customer priorities.
  • Develop and present clear, data-driven business cases and value engineering analyses that demonstrate measurable ROI and strategic impact.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product direction, implementation planning, and solution refinement to drive partnership success.
  • Support key accounts and strategic initiatives, including travel as required (25–50%), to maintain executive engagement and drive outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of applicable experience with at least 5+ years of industry-specific experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in enterprise account management, executive relationship management, and strategic selling/consulting.
  • Experience developing data-driven business cases and value engineering to demonstrate ROI.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Revenue teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% to support key accounts and initiatives.
  • Experience working in or with SaaS and/or proptech companies is preferred.
  • Comfort with commercial ownership and delivering against revenue/expansion targets.

  • Base salary range $150,000 to $225,000 plus variable compensation.
  • Work-from-anywhere (U.S.) with remote/hybrid opportunities and a one-time remote work stipend.
