Description

Define the Gift Cart strategy and translate it into a prioritized 12–24 month roadmap.
Communicate regularly with customers and CSMs to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions.
Analyze product and funnel data with the analytics team to guide strategy and measure performance.
Write detailed, engineering-ready product specifications that cover requirements and edge cases.
Take features from idea through design, development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
Track product health and growth metrics such as conversion, average gift size, and error rates.
Prepare CSMs and Sales teams for launches and changes so they stay aligned and informed.
Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and plan changes across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

Experience owning a product area end-to-end with accountability for outcomes.
Ability to build a 12–24 month strategy and roadmap and explain the reasoning behind decisions.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills, including funnel analysis and growth opportunity identification.
Ability to write clear product specifications that engineers can build from, including edge cases.
Systems thinking with an understanding of dependencies and downstream impact.
Strong UX sensibility and the ability to advocate for good product experience.
Comfort working across design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
Active, meaningful use of AI in day-to-day work, with the ability to apply it to function-specific problems.
Experience in e-commerce or products with multi-step checkout flows is preferred.
Experience working with nonprofits, donors, or the fundraising industry is preferred.
Experience with payment flows or financial products is preferred.
English fluency at C1 level is required.
Location in Cyprus or remote within CET is required.
