Description

  • Lead a team of Product Managers across multiple product areas and support their autonomy.
  • Own business outcomes across the product domain, including conversion, adoption, retention, revenue, and reliability.
  • Drive roadmap planning, alignment, and execution predictability across multiple teams.
  • Translate company and portfolio strategy into measurable product outcomes.
  • Set prioritization based on business impact, customer value, and long-term product sustainability.
  • Improve delivery quality, cross-functional coordination, and risk management.
  • Hire, coach, and develop Product Managers and future product leaders.
  • Establish operating mechanisms, planning frameworks, and product management best practices that support scale.
  • Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support, and Operations.
  • Apply AI to accelerate research, planning, decision-making, communication, and team workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
  • 5+ years of experience leading Product Managers or managing multiple product teams.
  • Proven experience owning business outcomes across multiple products or domains.
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills.
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing product organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Experience managing complex product portfolios and cross-team dependencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Experience leveraging AI to improve product management workflows is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English at C1 level or above.
  • Fluent in Russian.
  • Location in Cyprus or ability to work remotely within core hours of 9:00–18:00 CET.
