Description

  • Serve as the primary entry point for new Product Ops initiatives, prioritizing, routing, and resourcing work.
  • Lead major cross-team process changes by designing the approach, aligning stakeholders, and driving adoption.
  • Own central Product department processes such as quarterly planning, goal decomposition, and metrics alignment.
  • Build and maintain shared frameworks and artifacts, including prioritization logic, metrics models, and decision templates.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve systemic process issues that require cross-team or leadership decisions.
  • Drive AI automation of product workflows by identifying opportunities, building or overseeing solutions, and measuring impact.
  • Manage Product Ops focus and workload to keep the team focused on high-impact work.
  • Own processes end-to-end, from design through adoption, across Product, Design, and Analytics teams.

Requirements

  • Experience building or significantly improving operational processes in a product or tech environment.
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders who do not report directly to you.
  • Metrics-driven approach with experience setting baselines and measuring adoption, satisfaction, or change.
  • Bias toward scalability and the ability to distinguish one-off fixes from solutions that work across the team.
  • Full ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate workflows or processes, with judgment about where automation creates leverage.
  • Fluent English at C1+ level.
  • Ability to work in a mixed-language environment where the product team works in Russian and English documentation and meetings are daily.
  • Product fluency or familiarity with how product teams operate, including discovery, prioritization, and planning cycles (bonus).
  • Background in product operations or program management (bonus).
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks, quarterly planning processes, or company-wide goal alignment (bonus).
  • Comfort working in a fast-scaling environment without a defined playbook for everything (bonus).
  • Fluent in Russian (highlighted in the posting).
  • Remote location in Serbia.
