Description

  • Serve as the primary entry point for new Product Ops initiatives, prioritizing, routing, and resourcing the most important work.
  • Lead cross-team process changes by designing the operating model, aligning stakeholders, and driving adoption.
  • Own coordination-heavy product processes across Product, Design, and Analytics, including quarterly planning, goal decomposition, and metrics alignment.
  • Build and maintain shared frameworks and artifacts such as prioritization logic, metrics models, and decision templates.
  • Identify systemic process issues and escalate them when leadership-level decisions are required.
  • Drive AI automation of product workflows by identifying opportunities, building or overseeing solutions, and measuring impact against baselines.
  • Manage Product Ops focus and workload so the team stays on high-impact work rather than reactive requests.
  • Own processes end-to-end from design through adoption and ensure they work across the full product team.

Requirements

  • Strong cross-functional influence and the ability to align stakeholders who do not report to you.
  • Metrics-driven approach with experience setting baselines and measuring adoption and satisfaction.
  • Bias toward scalable solutions that work beyond one-off problems.
  • Full ownership mentality with accountability for outcomes, blockers, and follow-through.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate workflows or processes and identify where automation adds real leverage.
  • Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
  • Ability to work in a mixed-language environment where the product team works in Russian and English meetings/documentation are used daily.
  • Product fluency, including understanding of discovery, prioritization, planning cycles, and roadmap trade-offs, is a plus.
  • Background in product operations or program management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks, quarterly planning, or company-wide goal alignment is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a fast-scaling environment without a defined playbook is preferred.

Benefits

  • Meaningful equity / stock options.
  • Competitive salary.
  • 31 days of paid time off.
