Description

  • Conduct live synchronous online classes for the Lean Six Sigma Post Graduate Certification Program.
  • Guide learners through case studies, simulations, and real-world problem-solving exercises.
  • Mentor participants on end-to-end Lean Six Sigma projects.
  • Teach Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, DMAIC frameworks, statistical analysis, and operational process improvement.
  • Facilitate interactive discussions that connect statistical insights to real business scenarios.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to improve course delivery and align content with current industry practices.
  • Update examples and learning materials to reflect current process improvement expectations.
  • Provide support on project charters and give structured feedback on learner projects.
  • Ensure projects meet Lean Six Sigma standards and deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, quality management, program management, or a related function.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) or Green Belt (LSSGB) certification from IASSC is mandatory.
  • Hands-on expertise with Lean methodologies, Six Sigma frameworks, and the DMAIC lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of tools and techniques such as Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, 5S, and Poka-Yoke.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, or equivalent software.
  • Knowledge of control charts, process capability analysis, hypothesis testing, regression, DOE, and data visualization.
  • Experience leading or mentoring Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt projects with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of quality frameworks and standards such as ISO, SPC, TQM, PDCA, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence models.
  • Experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring professionals is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, along with a student-centric approach and ability to support diverse adult learners.

Benefits

  • Expected compensation of $50-$55 per hour for candidates who meet the qualifications.
  • Final compensation offers are based on individual experience, skillset, and program alignment.
  • Opportunity to work in a part-time, remote role.
