Description

  • Deliver instructor-led CBAP training sessions for online learner batches.
  • Teach core CBAP topics, including BABOK knowledge areas, requirements analysis, stakeholder management, Agile and Scrum concepts, business process modeling, SDLC, and exam preparation.
  • Prepare and update training materials, assignments, exercises, mock tests, assessments, case studies, and workshop activities.
  • Conduct interactive workshops, doubt-clearing sessions, and assessment reviews.
  • Guide learners on CBAP application eligibility and certification requirements.
  • Track learner progress and provide personalized mentoring, coaching, and feedback.
  • Support learners with business analysis scenarios and documentation techniques.
  • Maintain session quality metrics and learner engagement standards.
  • Stay current on IIBA standards, CBAP exam patterns, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and instructional staff on curriculum enhancement and content development.

Requirements

  • CBAP certification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a related domain.
  • 2+ years of experience in training, coaching, or mentoring professionals.
  • Strong understanding of BABOK Guide, requirements gathering and analysis, stakeholder management, Agile and Scrum concepts, business process modeling, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Prior experience delivering online or classroom training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or LMS tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, mentoring, documentation, and content creation abilities.
  • Availability for evening sessions and a part-time commitment of approximately 8–15 hours per week, depending on cohort schedules.

Benefits

  • $55–$60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Part-time, non-exempt role with pay for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
