Description

  • Design and develop LMS modules, assessments, SOPs, checklists, guides, and videos for standardized training and onboarding.
  • Lead adoption and ongoing management of training and operational platforms such as Monday.com and Trainual.
  • Create systems to track training completion, competency milestones, and continuing education requirements.
  • Develop standardized onboarding pathways, role-specific checklists, and 30/60/90-day development plans for clinical operations roles.
  • Assess site-specific workflows and training needs, then coordinate schedules, audiences, delivery, and completion across locations.
  • Deliver group training and retraining sessions at Adams Clinical sites and provide targeted education based on performance, compliance, process, and study needs.
  • Collaborate with Site Managers, department heads, site leadership, and the VP of Clinical Operations to maintain competency and align training with network priorities.
  • Evaluate onboarding and training effectiveness and improve processes based on feedback, performance trends, and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator in industry-sponsored clinical trials.
  • Experience onboarding or training clinical research staff in a site or clinical research environment required.
  • Basic understanding of FDA regulations, GCP, informed consent, SUSAR reporting, and related clinical trial requirements.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% to Adams Clinical sites in Boston, Watertown, Bronx, Harlem, Philadelphia, and Dallas; East Coast proximity preferred.
  • Ability to work independently on curriculum design, content development, and process documentation.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with clinical staff, department heads, and management to gather requirements and deliver training solutions.
  • Experience with LMS platforms or curriculum development preferred; familiarity with project management or workflow automation tools preferred.
  • Background in training, instructional design, education, human resources, or onboarding staff in fast-growing or multi-site organizations preferred.
