Description

  • Manage a portfolio of practitioner accounts across onboarding, growth, and retention stages.
  • Conduct calls, meetings, and training sessions to support practitioner understanding and platform use.
  • Guide practitioners through acquisition, adoption, and optimization by aligning Fullscript capabilities to their workflows and goals.
  • Identify practitioner needs, challenges, and opportunities through discovery and ongoing engagement.
  • Support practitioners in moving from initial use to consistent and effective execution.
  • Communicate regularly via email, phone, and virtual meetings to maintain engagement and momentum.
  • Document practitioner interactions, activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Identify risks to adoption or engagement and address or escalate them as needed.
  • Gather and relay practitioner feedback, insights, and product-related observations to internal teams.
  • Develop working knowledge of Fullscript’s offerings, including supplements, diagnostics, wholesale, and integrations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with practitioners to support long-term engagement and retention.
  • Travel occasionally for team meetings or company events.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience conducting customer calls, trainings, or presentations.
  • Ability to manage a book of business and prioritize work across multiple accounts.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Ability to learn and apply product knowledge across multiple offerings.
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health environments.
  • Bonus: familiarity with practitioner workflows or clinical operations.
  • Bonus: experience supporting adoption or behavior change within customer accounts.
  • Ottawa, Toronto, or Calgary preferred for this remote role.
