Description

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise customers end-to-end, including onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and business impact.
  • Lead day-to-day relationships with customer owners and functional stakeholders to align on execution and outcomes.
  • Translate platform usage into measurable customer value such as cost savings, risk reduction, and supply chain resilience.
  • Build and refine scalable customer success processes, playbooks, and customer-facing materials.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues, advocate for customer needs, and improve the product experience.
  • Support and grow enterprise accounts by driving renewals and long-term partnerships.
  • Help customers modernize sourcing operations through strategic guidance and hands-on execution.
  • Maintain execution momentum in multi-stakeholder enterprise environments and lead change management efforts.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of total professional experience.
  • 3–5+ years managing enterprise SaaS accounts with ownership of onboarding, adoption, renewals, and measurable outcomes.
  • Native or professional fluency in English.
  • Business fluency in German preferred for managing stakeholders in the DACH region.
  • Remote location within Europe required.
  • Living in the DACH region preferred.
  • Experience in chemicals, manufacturing, or supply chain/procurement is highly desirable.
  • Experience leading transformation and value-creation initiatives with hands-on ownership of client outcomes.
  • Comfort operating in multi-stakeholder enterprise organizations and ambiguity in a high-growth startup environment.
