Description

  • Own and evolve core business performance metrics and scorecards to monitor growth and operational health.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses to identify performance drivers and opportunities for value creation.
  • Build investment-grade business cases with scenario modeling, risk assessment, and payback analysis.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights with clear recommendations, ownership, and success metrics.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations to support strategic decisions.
  • Provide financial analysis to guide resource allocation, tradeoffs, and investment priorities.
  • Own the business performance narrative, including monthly reporting on risks, opportunities, and actions.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models that reflect changing business drivers.
  • Collaborate with data teams to turn insights into dashboards, tools, and repeatable processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate strategy.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders at the GM or business unit level to drive outcomes.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Structured problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong communication skills with experience delivering executive-level insights.
  • Bias for action, accountability, and measurable results.
  • Experience in high-growth, product-led, or e-commerce environments is preferred.
  • Experience working closely with Product or Commercial teams is preferred.
  • Technical fluency in SQL, BigQuery, Looker, Sigma, or similar tools is preferred.
