Description

  • Develop product strategy for telehealth-connected offerings and workflows.
  • Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned with business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, revenue, and customer experience.
  • Design and manage the telehealth user journey across scheduling, intake, provider review, and follow-up.
  • Partner with engineering to integrate telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and third-party APIs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and CX to ensure clear customer workflows and messaging.
  • Define features including appointment flow, documentation delivery, payment logic, and customer notifications.
  • Build and manage end-to-end experiences from customer and provider interactions through document issuance, storage, and retrieval.
  • Ensure HIPAA, PHI, and regulatory compliance with Legal and Compliance.
  • Work with providers and telehealth partners to establish review processes and scalable, secure, auditable workflows.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of product management experience, including hands-on work in Digital Health, Telehealth, or HealthTech.
  • Experience building a 0-1 product and working on subscription products.
  • Experience building or integrating telehealth or digital intake workflows.
  • Strong understanding of regulated data handling, privacy, and security best practices.
  • Experience working with engineering on API integrations and platform builds.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SFCC, SFDC, and SQL.
  • Impeccable organization and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to identify problems, not just solve them.
  • Principal-level strategic leadership and cross-functional impact in digital health (preferred).
