Description

  • Lead a software development team, mentor engineers, and foster high performance and team cohesion.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes and navigate uncertainty.
  • Contribute to product decisions, plan delivery cycles, and guide the team toward measurable results.
  • Participate hands-on in development by designing, implementing, and reviewing changes with the engineering team.
  • Own delivery of high-quality software on time while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
  • Architect scalable solutions and guide the technical vision for the team.
  • Balance innovation with technical debt to support long-term product health.
  • Support and grow engineers through coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience leading software development teams.
  • Professional experience with React, TypeScript, and PHP.
  • Proven ability to architect, design, develop, and maintain large software solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or on-site in St. Gallen, with hybrid flexibility preferred.
  • Experience leading a multidisciplinary team (preferred).
