Description

Own product feature development from specification through launch and iteration against target metrics.
Build integrations with new field service management systems to expand Mura’s market reach.
Improve infrastructure and internal development processes, including CI and deployment speed.
Handle periodic on-call duties to help prevent extensive customer downtime.
Architect systems with scalability and efficiency in mind.
Work directly on the product customers use day to day.
Understand customer needs and contribute to product decisions.
Analyze data and perform operational tasks needed to deliver more value to customers.

Requirements

Experience writing clean, reusable code.
Strong understanding of systems design.
Ability to care about product outcomes, not just engineering output.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive in uncertainty.
Willingness to work in US shift timings.
Experience working in an early-stage startup environment is a plus.
Familiarity with backend Python, AWS ECS, and Postgres is relevant.
Familiarity with NextJS, TypeScript, and Vercel is relevant.
Comfort working with LLM-based systems depending on the use case is a plus.
