Description

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment and custody aggregation products from discovery through rollout.
  • Design scalable aggregator architecture with engineering and architecture teams, including configuration-first, multi-provider routing, and failover concepts.
  • Define integration requirements and coordinate implementation with external vendors such as custody providers, payment rails, and on/off-ramp providers.
  • Define and maintain deposit and withdrawal transaction flows, including validation, confirmations, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Own configuration management for provider onboarding, fee models, limits, geo restrictions, routing rules, and fallback scenarios.
  • Ensure observability and operational readiness through monitoring, alerts, transaction status tracking, error handling, and incident processes.
  • Define product requirements for compliance, risk, and fraud prevention, including KYC handoff, AML rules, and transaction screening.
  • Maintain product documentation such as PRDs, functional specifications, flow diagrams, API requirements, and release notes.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support.
  • Manage the delivery roadmap, priorities, and execution scope in alignment with business needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or trading infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing fundamentals, including card payments, bank transfers, payment gateways, PSP integrations, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, and chargebacks.
  • Practical understanding of blockchain transaction lifecycle, including wallets, addresses, confirmations, gas fees, transaction states, failure scenarios, re-orgs, and pending transactions.
  • Solid knowledge of how deposits and withdrawals are structured in a centralized exchange environment.
  • Experience working with custody providers and/or crypto processing platforms.
  • Ability to define clear product requirements for backend-heavy systems and infrastructure services.
  • Experience managing multiple integrations in parallel and delivering under time constraints.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to drive decisions across multiple stakeholders.
