Description

  • Communicate with internal users of trading and banking systems in writing.
  • Analyze, register, and classify incoming requests by priority.
  • Clarify request details and gather the information needed to resolve issues.
  • Assist users with setting up and using financial products and the trading platform.
  • Resolve standard technical issues for users.
  • Escalate requests to the second-line support team when needed.
  • Maintain reports and document requests and solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in user technical support and/or a call centre.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience working with databases and task trackers.
  • Russian language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic technical literacy and a willingness to deepen technical knowledge.
  • Responsibility, punctuality, and stress resilience.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above (preferred).
  • Understanding of the basic principles of financial markets and exchange operations (preferred).
  • Experience with SQL queries and databases (preferred).
