Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Supply Engineers.
  • Assign priorities, monitor deadlines, conduct one-on-ones, and provide coaching and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate glass, hardware, and material procurement to support production, warehouse, and installation operations.
  • Plan inventory levels, forecast procurement needs, and ensure materials are available before production and container arrivals.
  • Review technical drawings and specifications to prepare material lists and verify dimensions, finishes, and quality requirements.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules while monitoring supplier performance.
  • Resolve supplier quality, logistics, delivery, and supply-risk issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Estimating, Warehouse, and Installation teams on procurement planning and material changes.
  • Develop procurement processes, improve workflows, track operational risks, and report updates to the Chief Technical Officer.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in glass, glazing, architectural hardware, or a related industry.
  • 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading procurement, sourcing, or supply teams.
  • Experience building or scaling procurement functions, including processes, supplier standards, reporting, KPIs, and team structures.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing glass, glazing components, aluminum or steel systems, architectural hardware, fittings, or related materials.
  • Experience managing international suppliers and markets, including North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
  • Experience negotiating pricing, lead times, quality issues, supplier relationships, and supply risks.
  • Experience with international logistics, import/export, customs, and cross-border procurement.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
  • Experience improving procurement tools, reporting, task-management systems, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Fluent English required; fluent Russian preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF tools is required.

  • Remote or on-site work, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Paid vacation: 5 days during the first year and 15 days annually starting in the second year.
