Description

  • Review bid packages, architectural drawings, specifications, and bid requirements to assess project viability and scope.
  • Identify technical scope related to aluminum systems, steel systems, glass types, and associated hardware.
  • Analyze floor plans, elevations, sections, details, door schedules, hardware schedules, and specifications to determine all required components.
  • Act as the technical filter for incoming project opportunities and forward suitable projects to the estimation team.
  • Maintain and update the bid pipeline and project stages in HubSpot.
  • Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and technical issues in bid documents and draft RFIs for clarification.
  • Review addendums and revisions and coordinate scope updates with the estimation team.
  • Provide technical support to estimators, including estimate adjustments, quantity take-offs, and feasibility review.
  • Prepare and support bid submission packages and verify documentation accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate collection and organization of bid documents such as COIs, bonds, licenses, certifications, safety records, and compliance documents.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in construction, engineering, estimation, or technical project support.
  • Experience reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Experience with aluminum, glass systems, or related construction sectors is an advantage.
  • Experience working with floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
  • Experience managing bid workflows, deadlines, and submission processes.
  • English proficiency at C1 level.
  • Russian language is a plus.
  • Experience with take-off software such as Bluebeam or PlanSwift is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or project tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
  • Ability to identify project scope related to aluminum, steel, and glass systems.
  • Strong coordination, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
