Description

  • Review AI Builds Catalog submissions with quality checks, deduplication, simple approvals, and escalation of complex or strategic cases.
  • Run Phase 1 setup verification and Phase 2 mindset-shift sessions in the AI Adoption 1:1 onboarding program for new hires and existing team members.
  • Maintain the People Roster by tracking each team member’s maturity stage, updating it after 1:1s, and flagging stalled adopters for follow-up.
  • Pull and synthesize monthly Claude analytics to identify power users, stalled users, Champion candidates, and broader adoption trends.
  • Support Wired In Wednesdays and monthly Cloud Sessions through scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up.
  • Keep SOPs, skills documentation, and process documents current as the program evolves.
  • Draft documentation, visualizations, and meeting follow-ups to reduce manager workload.
  • Provide light project management support on assigned AI-Native roadmap workstreams.
  • Escalate strategic decisions and complex cases to the Manager with clear context.
  • Deliver assigned operational projects on time and with clear status communication.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an operations, coordination, or enablement role, ideally in a content, marketing, or B2B services environment.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, ClickUp Brain, or similar.
  • Bonus experience building AirOps workflows, custom skills, or prompts.
  • Strong written communication skills for review notes, 1:1s, and concise analytics memos.
  • Strong operational discipline with the ability to work through queues, follow up on action items, and keep documentation current.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high quality bar for review work.
  • Curiosity about how people learn new tools and what drives adoption.
  • Comfort with ambiguity early in the role as it evolves.
  • Comfort saying when something should be escalated rather than making strategic calls independently.
  • Nice-to-have experience running training, onboarding, or enablement programs.
  • Nice-to-have familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive.
  • Nice-to-have background in marketing, content, or B2B services.
  • Nice-to-have basic data literacy and comfort reading platform analytics.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $45,000 CAD.
  • Variable compensation through a team performance bonus and company-wide profit-sharing.
  • Total potential compensation of approximately $47,000 to $50,000 CAD annually.
