Description

  • Develop and integrate quality processes throughout the development lifecycle, including build pipelines, automation frameworks, performance metrics, and internal tooling.
  • Develop tools and strategies for testing procedurally generated content (PGC).
  • Establish implementation best practices to ensure code is optimized for performance and scalability across different environments and project demands.
  • Help define the overall Fortis QA advanced test strategy across projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team on delivered projects as an embedded engineer.
  • Determine the right technologies and architect scalable solutions for QA automation and tooling needs.
  • Track and evaluate key performance metrics related to quality coverage.
  • Engage in regular feedback cycles to ensure tools and solutions meet team needs.
  • Lead other engineers working on larger project demands.

Requirements

  • Experience programming in C# or Python.
  • Experience working with QA automation frameworks.
  • Experience testing procedurally generated content (PCG).
  • Knowledge of Unity and Unity tooling for game development.
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud services, including S3 and EC2, plus experience with messaging services.
  • Experience working with CI/CD workflows and platforms such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams, identify project requirements, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Experience working on internal tools or DevOps is a nice-to-have.
