Description

  • Own the game economy across progression, monetization, and resource flow systems to support long-term health and commercial viability.
  • Drive product direction by turning strategic hypotheses into decisions, specifications, and shipped features.
  • Define and execute live operations strategy, including event cadence, segmentation, personalization, and offer testing.
  • Use experimentation, cohort analysis, and KPI deep-dives to evaluate soft launch performance and recommend global launch readiness.
  • Make high-stakes product decisions about what to ship, what to cut, and when to scale.
  • Leverage AI tools as a core working method to improve productivity, analysis, and product outcomes.
  • Influence cross-functionally across design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and central teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the target audience, including player motivations, behavior, and retention drivers.
  • Write high-quality, actionable product specifications that enable speed without compromising system integrity.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of product management experience in F2P mobile games, with meaningful exposure to live operations and revenue-driving systems.
  • Proven experience contributing to or scaling a live game with measurable commercial performance; direct KPI ownership is strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in game economy design, monetization modeling, and the relationship between economic systems and player behavior.
  • Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests during soft launch or live scaling phases.
  • Strong analytical fluency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, and Looker, or similar tools.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments where you owned outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Ability to influence across disciplines and align cross-functional, remote-first teams.
  • Clear trajectory toward product leadership, with this role starting as an individual contributor and growing into people management.
  • Firsthand experience using AI tools daily to improve productivity and product decision-making.
  • Direct KPI ownership is strongly preferred.
