Description

  • Lead channel recruitment, sales targets, and partner growth across assigned federal regions.
  • Create, develop, and manage joint business plans with channel partners.
  • Monitor sales and revenue trends and work with Federal channel partners and FSIs to address gaps.
  • Build enthusiasm and engagement among partner sales and engineering teams.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with assigned partners.
  • Coordinate, administer, and deliver partner training for sales and technical staff.
  • Assist with planning, monitoring, and execution of field activities.
  • Develop and drive incentive programs to grow pipeline and accelerate deal closure through partners.
  • Recruit, enable, and support new reseller partners and integrators.
  • Travel as needed to support partners and field activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of channel sales and management experience with a track record of exceptional achievement.
  • Demonstrated success building and managing a cybersecurity federal reseller channel.
  • Strong technical and business knowledge with an understanding of channel business drivers.
  • Experience working across all levels within partner organizations.
  • Ability to triangulate channel and FSI partnerships to improve solution availability and customer experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Previous experience with cybersecurity, encryption, and HSM technologies preferred.
  • Familiarity with US Federal VARs preferred.
