Description

Manage end-to-end trade workflows in BlackRock Aladdin and proactively resolve trade-related issues.
Validate cash, positions, and allocations using targeted Excel and SQL checks to reduce operational risk.
Apply knowledge of the full trade lifecycle and downstream dependencies to ensure accurate execution and minimize exceptions.
Use Aladdin Front Office tools such as OMS, pre-trade compliance checks, live blotters, exposure dashboards, and analytics to monitor orders and real-time positions.
Review Aladdin post-trade views, including allocation status, confirmation and matching queues, and settlement ladders, to anticipate operational issues.
Identify operational risks early and escalate issues as needed across Trading, Post-Trade Operations, and external counterparties.
Support data validation, operational controls, and portfolio/client reporting activities.
Collaborate closely with Trading and Operations to ensure seamless trade processing.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin Front Office functionality, including trade blotters, matching tools, IBOR dashboards, and cash ladders.
Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle, operational controls, and investment operations processes.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL for intraday data validation, reconciliations, and reporting support.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced trading environment.
Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across Trading, Operations, and external partners.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.
Must reside in one of the following locations: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WI, or Washington, DC.
Remote in the U.S., with an onsite orientation required.

Estimated compensation range of $137,318 to $166,743 USD.
