Description

  • Develop and maintain management and executive reporting for business leaders.
  • Support Finance and Distribution teams with analytics on agent performance, growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
  • Perform data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions for strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct performance measurement, trend analysis, and financial impact assessments for Exclusive Agency and Distribution initiatives.
  • Support advanced analytics work, including predictive, prescriptive, and scenario-based analyses.
  • Gather, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to create scalable reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Distribution, Technology, and other stakeholders to define reporting requirements and priorities.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support project plans, agile initiatives, and analytical roadmaps while managing priorities and timelines.
  • Research market trends and competitive intelligence to inform business performance and strategic planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, data quality, and analytical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in business analytics, reporting, finance analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
  • Experience developing business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of databases, data structures, and reporting methodologies.
  • Ability to perform data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with reporting, business intelligence, or data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of financial reporting, business performance measurement, or distribution analytics is a plus.
