Description

  • Assist in planning and executing engagement initiatives across all clients to support timely and effective communication.
  • Develop onboarding marketing materials, including communication plans, presentations, and program launch assets.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate client-facing webinars, including logistics, promotion, follow-up, and presentation support.
  • Build and maintain client-specific landing pages to support program enrollment.
  • Work with clinical experts to create quarterly flyers, topical webinars, and educational materials.
  • Organize, prioritize, and track multiple client communication projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Partner with Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to align and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Join client discussions as needed and speak confidently about the program, resources, and engagement approach.
  • Build and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail.
  • Analyze campaign performance and track member engagement KPIs to improve activation, retention, and outcomes.
  • Ensure all patient communications comply with HIPAA and healthcare privacy guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or health-tech.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Drive.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to clearly articulate program components and recommendations in client meetings.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Creative eye with comfort editing copy, shaping layouts, or enhancing visual assets.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn webinar platforms, CMS tools, and design software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working cross-functionally while also working independently.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into strategy.
  • Commitment to putting the patient/member experience at the center of marketing decisions.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient privacy, including HIPAA, preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
