Description

Develop and execute the Bank's self-service banking strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
Serve as the technical subject matter expert for digital account opening and online banking platforms.
Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues related to digital platforms.
Provide technical support to business partners and internal teams.
Develop and maintain internal technical documentation.
Develop proof-of-concept solutions to validate technical feasibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement platform enhancements.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Stay current with emerging digital trends and evaluate their potential impact.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital banking.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field required.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology required, preferably in Financial Services and/or Banking.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a front end or full stack developer, preferably within financial services required.
Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns such as microservices and event-driven architecture, as well as cloud computing principles.
Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation, including API specifications, sequence diagrams, and detailed system designs.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL; experience with Python highly preferred.
Experience integrating platforms such as Q2, Alloy, MANTL, Finxact, or similar online banking platforms is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the Bank.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills.
Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and within a team with a solution-oriented, collaborative approach.
