Description

  • Develop and execute the Bank's self-service banking strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for digital account opening and online banking platforms.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues related to digital platforms.
  • Provide technical support to business partners and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain internal technical documentation.
  • Develop proof-of-concept solutions to validate technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement platform enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Stay current with emerging digital trends and evaluate their potential impact.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital banking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology required, preferably in Financial Services and/or Banking.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a front end or full stack developer, preferably within financial services required.
  • Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns such as microservices and event-driven architecture, as well as cloud computing principles.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation, including API specifications, sequence diagrams, and detailed system designs.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL; experience with Python highly preferred.
  • Experience integrating platforms such as Q2, Alloy, MANTL, Finxact, or similar online banking platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the Bank.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
  • Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team with a solution-oriented, collaborative approach.
