Description

  • Participate in the full product management lifecycle, including technical requirements, success criteria, implementation, and launch.
  • Own and manage assigned product and project initiatives, including issues, bugs, and prioritization conflicts.
  • Work with business, product, and technology stakeholders to prototype, develop, and deliver new products.
  • Serve as Product Owner for Agile sprint delivery, including backlog management, user story prioritization, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder signoff.
  • Manage business requirements gathering and translate business and functional needs for technical implementation.
  • Lead requirements elicitation, organization, and clarification, including definition of success criteria and KPI metrics.
  • Perform BAU operations enhancements analysis and prioritize operational issues and requirements.
  • Develop and execute verification and validation test cases and operational acceptance testing.
  • Obtain development effort estimates and communicate resourcing contention to the Project Prioritization Committee.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical resources, and the project manager/scrum master.

Requirements

  • Track record of delivering high-value products in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or technology-related industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of the SMB customer or market is a plus.
  • Experience driving business-centric product strategy, roadmapping, requirements management, and execution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to direct cross-functional initiatives at the management level.
  • Comfort interacting with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail, business literacy, technology savvy, and financial proficiency.
  • Ownership mentality and accountability in a data-informed, experiment-driven product culture.
  • Experience in SMB or consumer growth environments is ideal.
