Description

  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Food Access & Benefits pod from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Become an expert in the food and food benefits ecosystem through research, interviews, and relationship-building with thought leaders.
  • Translate complex operational workflows and multi-party requirements into scalable, repeatable product capabilities.
  • Design and advocate for the member experience, reducing friction in food access and benefits journeys.
  • Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations to define the systems architecture for launching and managing benefits programs at scale.
  • Build the tools and workflows used by Client Success, Partnerships, and Clinical Operations to run food access and benefits programs.
  • Partner with product marketing and commercial teams to shape go-to-market plans for new services.
  • Set the strategy for the pod with autonomy while aligning closely with the CPO and cross-functional leadership.
  • Advocate for operational scalability and configurability in product decisions to reduce implementation overhead.
  • Influence adjacent teams and platform architecture so food access and benefits capabilities are integrated into the broader member journey.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in B2B or B2B2C environments.
  • A track record of launching new products or service lines end-to-end in complex operational environments.
  • Direct experience working with Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams.
  • Experience building and launching products in partnership with commercial and go-to-market teams, including enablement, rollout planning, and post-launch iteration.
  • Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools.
  • Experience with benefits management platforms, employer health benefits, or government health program operations is preferred.
  • Exposure to food retail, food ordering, or supply chain partnerships in a digital health or consumer health context is preferred.
  • Strong ability to document requirements clearly and manage dependencies explicitly.
  • Comfort with ambiguity in new service areas and the ability to make progress with incomplete information.
  • A passion for addressing food access and nutrition challenges for low-income populations.
