Description

  • Define and champion a multi-year product vision and strategy for the platform and integrations aligned with business objectives.
  • Mentor and develop at least one direct report while fostering growth within the product team.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify integration opportunities and unmet needs.
  • Develop and manage a product roadmap balancing infrastructure work, new integrations, and long-term goals.
  • Present product strategy, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Translate API specifications and technical documentation into user stories, functional requirements, and business solutions.
  • Oversee the full product development lifecycle for integrations from discovery and technical design through launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate with engineering to build scalable, reliable, high-quality platform services and integrations.
  • Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across internal and external systems to ensure seamless integration.
  • Own relationships with external integration partners and support smooth implementation and interoperability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in software product management, with significant experience in a technical or platform-focused role.
  • Experience in restaurant SaaS is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing complex technical products such as platforms, APIs, or large-scale integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment to leveraging AI tools to perform job duties; this is required for every team member.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring product managers.
  • Expert-level technical acumen with a deep understanding of APIs, system integration patterns, and platform architecture.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strong presentation skills with executive presence.
  • Ability to work during US hours at least until 5 pm ET is essential.
