Description

  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Growth pod, from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.
  • Identify recurring client needs and turn them into scalable, configurable platform capabilities.
  • Partner with Engineering to define integration architecture and data exchange standards for enterprise onboarding.
  • Define and track growth metrics to guide prioritization and measure impact.
  • Balance platform scalability with individual client urgency when deciding between reusable and bespoke solutions.
  • Work directly with Sales, Client Success, and Implementation teams to gather requirements and translate them into product solutions.
  • Join client-facing conversations to validate product direction and build confidence with external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to support go-to-market planning, enablement, rollout sequencing, and client-facing documentation.
  • Feed implementation learnings and client feedback back into the roadmap.
  • Set growth pod strategy in alignment with the CPO and commercial leadership and contribute to cross-pod prioritization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in B2B or B2B2C environments.
  • Experience owning a product area through growth cycles and building systems and infrastructure that scale.
  • Direct experience working alongside Sales, Client Success, or enterprise Implementation teams.
  • Experience bringing scalable platform capabilities to market with commercial teams, including go-to-market planning, enablement, and launch sequencing.
  • Comfort managing complex multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities.
  • Experience with AI-enabled product development processes and tools.
  • Experience in digital health, managed care, and/or employer benefits (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with APIs, data exchange standards, and benefit administration workflows in enterprise health plan or employer contexts (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with RCM or health plan integration landscapes (nice to have).
  • Experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or other government health program product contexts (nice to have).

  • Base salary range of $165,000–$205,000 per year.
