Description

  • Own the analytical strategy for the end-to-end marketing funnel from marketable lives through lead generation, engagement, and initial visit completion.
  • Own the product analytics domain across onboarding, sign-up conversion, in-app engagement, and completion of the first appointment.
  • Partner with product and growth marketing leaders as the embedded analytical lead and co-own the analytics roadmap.
  • Serve as the executive-facing owner of the marketing and product performance narrative and translate funnel changes into actionable recommendations.
  • Design and lead the experimentation and causal inference program, including test design, intake, readouts, and methodology governance.
  • Own the Statsig implementation, including experiment instrumentation, configuration, and results interpretation.
  • Own and evolve the attribution framework, including scheduling episode attribution, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modeling.
  • Build and maintain dbt models for marketing and product domains, including source modeling, mart-layer metrics, testing, documentation, and semantic layer design.
  • Engineer context into Omni and the BI environment so stakeholders and AI agents can reliably self-serve insights.
  • Raise the analytics craft bar through best practices, reviews, and technical leadership across experimentation, dbt modeling, and context engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Applied Mathematics; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or experimentation with measurable impact on growth, acquisition, or lifecycle outcomes.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in experimentation and causal inference, including A/B tests, quasi-experimental methods, and geo-lift studies.
  • Strong background in attribution modeling, including scheduling episode attribution, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modeling.
  • Experience owning lifecycle analytics and working with tools such as Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics instrumentation and experimentation platforms such as Statsig, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Experience with call center or contact center analytics is a plus, and familiarity with Zoom Contact Center (ZCC) is relevant to the role.
  • Expert-level SQL and strong Python skills, including pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.
  • Deep production-level experience with dbt, including source and mart-layer modeling, testing, documentation, and semantic layer design.
  • Experience with context engineering for BI and AI self-service using tools such as Omni, Looker, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or Hex AI Agent.
  • Experience in marketplace businesses and/or regulated domains such as healthcare or Medicaid is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex findings to executive and marketing leadership audiences.
