Description

  • Own the analytics strategy for the end-to-end marketing funnel across activation, retention, and reactivation.
  • Own product analytics for onboarding, sign-up conversion, in-app engagement, and ongoing booking behavior.
  • Serve as the executive-facing owner of member funnel and retention performance reporting and insights.
  • Design and lead the experimentation program, including test design, causal inference, and readout discipline.
  • Own the attribution framework, including scheduling episode attribution, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modeling.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations leadership on retention performance and member outcomes.
  • Own and evolve dbt models, data quality checks, documentation, and the semantic layer across marketing, product, and retention.
  • Engineer context in the semantic layer and BI environment to support trustworthy self-service and AI-assisted analysis.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small analytics team while remaining hands-on in the work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field; master’s degree is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or experimentation with measurable impact on growth, acquisition, or lifecycle outcomes.
  • 4+ years of experience leading teams.
  • Experience partnering with senior and executive stakeholders as the analytical voice for a business area.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in experimentation and causal inference, including A/B, quasi-experimental, and geo-lift tests.
  • Strong background in attribution modeling, including scheduling episode, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modeling.
  • Experience owning lifecycle analytics and working with platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics instrumentation and experimentation tools such as Statsig, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Expert-level SQL and strong Python skills, including pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.
  • Production-level experience with dbt, including source modeling, mart modeling, testing, documentation, and semantic layer design.
  • Experience with context engineering for BI and AI self-service tools such as Omni or Looker.
  • Proven fluency with AI-native tooling such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or Hex AI Agent.
  • Excellent communication skills for executive, product, and marketing audiences.
  • Experience in marketplace business models or adjacent to healthcare, Medicaid, or another regulated domain is a plus.
  • Experience with call center or contact center analytics is a plus, including Zoom Contact Center.
