Description

  • Design and build continuously running platform-level test infrastructure for iOS and Android.
  • Apply AI-driven failure classification to reduce noise and improve test failure triage.
  • Partner with the AI Native platform team to deliver new capabilities that automate manual engineering work.
  • Build and maintain in-app instrumentation for mobile performance, quality signals, and test telemetry.
  • Design data pipelines that feed dashboards, alerting systems, and AI analysis layers with real-time quality data.
  • Own the infrastructure used to baseline, monitor, and debug mobile API behavior in CI.
  • Collaborate with Mobile, Backend, and Release Engineering teams to embed AI-native quality practices across the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to agentic quality automation systems that act on quality signals rather than only reporting them.
  • Document effective workflows and help teammates improve their ability to direct AI effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering complex, production-grade software outcomes.
  • Strong iOS and/or Android engineering background.
  • Genuine fluency directing AI agents to decompose, delegate, and validate work.
  • Comfort working across mobile instrumentation, backend pipelines, CI/CD systems, and developer tooling.
  • Ability to make good decisions quickly under ambiguity and distinguish reversible from irreversible decisions.
  • Judgment to evaluate AI-generated artifacts and maintain a consistent quality bar.
  • Ability to frame problems clearly through precise prompts, specs, and plans.
  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), LLM tool use, or agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS Bedrock Agents.
  • Clear, direct communication with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
