Description

  • Provide technical support for network migration activities across Meraki environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues during migration windows.
  • Monitor network performance and stability throughout migration phases.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams and third-party stakeholders to coordinate migration tasks.
  • Document technical processes, configurations, and incident resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately to minimize disruption to customers.
  • Maintain clear communication with the project team during each shift.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Meraki network environments is essential.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including switching, routing, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Experience working within migration or transformation projects is highly desirable.
  • Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and communicate technical issues clearly.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Available to start immediately and commit through the end of June 2026.
  • Able to work a Monday to Thursday shift pattern with either a 6:00am or 7:00pm start.
  • UK remote working eligibility.
