Description

  • Make approximately 400 calls and set 5 meetings per week.
  • Maintain a target of 14 meetings held and 10 qualified opportunities per month.
  • Engage inbound and assigned leads to secure appointments for Account Executives.
  • Follow up on marketing qualified leads from field events and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Manage prospect status, data integrity, and notes in Gong and Salesforce.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives on prospect notes, meeting times, and key discussion topics.
  • Introduce prospects to the FMX product and schedule initial consultations, on-site visits, and webinar demos.
  • Contribute to company goals through self-improvement and team support.

Requirements

  • Experience in a selling environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, task management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly, especially over the phone.
  • Ability to learn rapidly and remain highly coachable.
  • Self-motivation and comfort working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

  • Candidates must complete a background check prior to onboarding.
  • New hires must work onsite at the Columbus, OH office during their first week for onboarding.
  • Applicants can be located anywhere in the US.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $55,000 plus uncapped commission.
  • On-target earnings of $80,000-$95,000 in the first year.
