Description

  • Manage end-to-end customer data migrations from external software into FMX’s target data schema.
  • Extract, transform, validate, and upload customer data using Excel, Power Query, AI tools, and related technologies.
  • Serve as the primary resource for customer data questions and implementation needs.
  • Prioritize customer data requirements and ensure they are addressed within project timelines.
  • Participate in customer-facing meetings with Implementation and Retention teams.
  • Lead technical, module-based product trainings for customers.
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and a high volume of concurrent assignments.
  • Collaborate across Customer Success, Support, Implementation, and Retention teams.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and courteous service.
  • Identify process improvements and apply emerging technologies, including AI automation tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of data transformation techniques and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • High level of AI fluency and creativity using intelligent automation tools.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort hosting customer-facing meetings and trainings.
  • Self-motivated and effective in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with FMX, Slack, Zendesk, Google Suite, Claude, or Notion AI is beneficial.
  • Commitment to disciplined processes, constructive feedback, results, respect, and integrity.

  • Base salary of $52,250 with bonus potential up to $55,000 on-target earnings.
