Description

  • Partner with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Lead and manage a global technical team across onshore, offshore, and contractor resources.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between project teams and stakeholders, including business contacts and QA teams.
  • Provide technical guidance on architecture, design decisions, code reviews, documentation practices, and project execution standards.
  • Monitor project risks, escalate issues, and help evaluate solution options to address technical roadblocks.
  • Identify change orders and provide technical scope, estimates, and resource planning for proposed changes.
  • Work with QA teams to define test strategies, review test plans, and support defect and performance issue resolution.
  • Lead implementation and migration efforts for content management solutions across life sciences clients.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality domains to translate business objectives into system requirements.
  • Support pre-sales activities by contributing technical expertise, solution design input, and estimates for proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data and document migration, ECM implementation, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience within the life sciences industry.
  • Extensive experience architecting, installing, designing, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting ECM systems and applications.
  • Advanced experience with ECM platforms such as Veeva Vault, OpenText Documentum, or Generis CARA.
  • Experience with data and document migration tools, SQL, XML, and scripting languages.
  • Experience with both cloud-based and on-premise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of life sciences regulations, compliance requirements, validation processes, and GxP-validated systems and documentation.
  • Experience working with clients across international markets and managing globally distributed technical teams, including offshore resources and external providers.
  • Must be available for occasional domestic and international travel and flexible work hours to meet program timelines and deadlines.
