Description

  • Own product positioning, messaging frameworks, and narrative architecture across the platform and add-ons.
  • Develop persona-specific messaging across the customer lifecycle.
  • Define competitive differentiation strategy and partner with executive leadership on GTM direction and product narrative.
  • Partner with Product on launch strategy, including timing, positioning, naming, and sequencing.
  • Own integrated go-to-market execution across multi-channel campaigns, team training, and launch collateral.
  • Drive internal readiness across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Build automated, repeatable launch systems using AI and workflow tooling.
  • Provide strategic input and messaging foundations for sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, and objection-handling guides.
  • Lead voice-of-customer synthesis into actionable GTM and positioning recommendations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics and surface insights to leadership.
  • Own customer segmentation strategy and build feedback loops between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Ensure consistency of product language across channels and campaigns and support lifecycle messaging and attribution reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing, most recently in product marketing or a related leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end GTM strategy from positioning through launch and adoption.
  • Track record of building sales enablement foundations in partnership with sales teams.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience at the Director level.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex capabilities into clear narratives.
  • Ability to operate with significant autonomy and lead critical company-wide workstreams with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to identify root causes and deliver proposed solutions that optimize for the broader organization.
  • Experience mentoring junior managers, delegating strategically, and addressing morale risks.
  • Experience in social good, tech for impact, or philanthropic technology such as grants management, nonprofit, or public sector roles is preferred.
  • Background in community development finance, foundations, or government is preferred.
  • Exposure to usage-based or expansion-led growth models in SaaS is preferred.
  • Ability to actively use AI and workflow tooling to streamline GTM and marketing work is expected.

  • Annual on-target earnings of $170,000-$185,000 for Zone 2 candidates (Atlanta, Seattle, San Diego, Washington D.C.).
  • Annual on-target earnings of $160,000-$175,000 for Zone 3 candidates (all other U.S. locations).
