Description

  • Own and drive the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva product lines.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem and translate platform shifts into new product capabilities.
  • Lead AI-powered DevOps innovation on Agentforce, including deployment agents, code review, security scanning, and predictive release management.
  • Define how Flosum's extensibility platform supports customer-built AI workflows within the Salesforce trust boundary.
  • Engage Fortune 500 customers and prospects to understand pain points around development, security, compliance, and data management.
  • Translate enterprise requirements such as SOX, zero-trust, and multi-org complexity into product solutions.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on deal strategy, product demos, and competitive evaluations.
  • Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and work directly with engineering to deliver them.
  • Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release coordination, and product KPI tracking.
  • Build a product feedback loop across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to improve deal velocity and reduce churn.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years in the Salesforce ecosystem or on Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
  • Deep technical understanding of Salesforce architecture, including metadata-driven design, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
  • Proven experience shipping products adopted and paid for by enterprise customers, especially Fortune 500 or regulated industries.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX.
  • Clear perspective on how AI/ML, especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud, will shape Salesforce development and governance.
  • Hands-on product execution experience writing PRDs, speaking with customers, reviewing wireframes, and participating in sprint reviews.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to executives and write technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Experience in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product company, is a plus.
  • Experience at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries, or with product-led growth initiatives, is a plus.
