Description

  • Own the multi-year product vision and roadmap across Flosum's DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva products.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem and define new product categories or market-expanding capabilities.
  • Translate Salesforce platform changes and enterprise needs into product features and capabilities customers will pay for.
  • Lead AI-powered DevOps innovation on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
  • Define how the extensibility platform supports custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary.
  • Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to understand pain points around development, security, compliance, and data management.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on deal strategy, product demos, and competitive evaluations.
  • Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and partner closely with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines.
  • Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
  • Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • At least 3 years of experience focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
  • Deep technical understanding of Salesforce architecture, including metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of shipping enterprise products adopted and paid for by Fortune 500 or regulated-industry customers.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX.
  • Strong perspective on how AI/ML, especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud, will reshape Salesforce development and governance.
  • Hands-on execution style with experience writing PRDs, talking to customers, reviewing wireframes, and participating in sprint reviews.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences and write technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product company, is highly preferred.
  • Experience at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience leading product-led growth initiatives, including self-serve onboarding, in-product conversion, and expansion mechanics, is highly preferred.
