Description

  • Own the demand generation strategy and execution to drive qualified pipeline from enterprise accounts.
  • Build and scale integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, events, email, partner, and content channels.
  • Lead product marketing, including positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
  • Ensure brand and messaging consistency across the website and all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive SEO and AI-era visibility, including optimization for LLMs and AI-powered search.
  • Grow brand presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other social platforms through creative storytelling.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align on pipeline goals, ICP, and go-to-market motion.
  • Build, mentor, and optimize a lean marketing team that uses AI and automation to increase impact.
  • Own marketing analytics, including pipeline contribution, CAC, funnel conversion, campaign ROI, and brand metrics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 3+ years leading marketing teams.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise accounts, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong product marketing skills, including messaging, copywriting, and translating technical value into buyer-ready narratives.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, with emerging experience in LLM/AI search optimization such as GEO and AEO.
  • Ability to launch campaigns quickly, test rapidly, and scale what works.
  • Fluency with modern martech, AI tools, and marketing automation.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills, with experience partnering closely with Sales and Product.
  • Comfort working in a global, distributed environment across multiple time zones.
