Description

  • Publish 2–3 LinkedIn posts per week and timely commentary on industry news to establish Flosum as a leader.
  • Represent Flosum as a speaker and attendee at major Salesforce community events such as Dreamforce, London’s Calling, and regional Dreamin’ conferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with advocates, including mentoring the named advocate tier and helping seed the founding charter cohort.
  • Create and collaborate on multi-format content, including podcasts, videos, and co-authored pieces that can be shared on LinkedIn.
  • Develop a credible public voice that resonates with engineers, architects, and economic buyers across DevOps and Data Backup/Security.
  • Help drive the advocacy motion by leveraging personal brand and relationships to accelerate trust and visibility.
  • Support community engagement that increases share of voice in target regions and influences pipeline.

Requirements

  • Recognized presence in the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally as a Salesforce MVP, frequent conference speaker, or well-followed Salesforce DevOps/architecture voice.
  • Strong fluency in both DevOps topics, including release management, CI/CD, and deployment, and Data/Security topics, including backup, governance, compliance, and resilience.
  • Native command of LinkedIn content formats and the Salesforce community’s authenticity, give-back, and inclusion norms.
  • Comfort being measured on share of voice in target regions and community-influenced pipeline rather than raw membership counts.
  • Existing personal brand and credibility that can help accelerate trust-building within the Salesforce community.
  • Experience speaking at community conferences or representing a company publicly in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Ability to engage both technical and economic buyers across DevOps and Data Backup/Security.
