Description

  • Execute TikTok Shop affiliate and social ambassador strategies aligned with brand objectives to maximize partnerships and revenue.
  • Manage daily affiliate outreach through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center and maintain affiliate messaging systems and Discord communities.
  • Set up and continuously optimize social shops across TikTok and Meta to improve conversions and drive revenue.
  • Track, report, and analyze GMV, response rates, program growth, and profitability to inform commission strategies.
  • Develop client forecasts and goals based on historical performance data.
  • Serve as a client liaison by providing regular updates, insights, and optimization recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends and platform updates to identify new opportunities and improve social commerce performance.
  • Use AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
  • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as part of departmental workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, with agency experience preferred.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates, with examples of applying that knowledge.
  • Experience using TikTok Shop Seller Center and the TikTok commerce suite, including the affiliate management system.
  • Experience with affiliate and ambassador programs, including at least one sub-affiliate program; Impact experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage social media strategies for multiple clients across different industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Previous experience managing social commerce initiatives on platforms like TikTok and Meta.
  • Experience managing performance-focused influencer campaigns with metrics such as conversions, CTR, and ROI.
  • Ability to work independently and manage social media strategies autonomously.
