Description

  • Own and contribute to Later’s social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop quarterly and monthly content themes aligned with Later’s broader marketing and brand story.
  • Identify trends, cultural conversations, and platform-native formats to generate timely content ideas.
  • Create and appear in short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Write social copy, captions, and video scripts that reflect Later’s brand voice.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Content, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Influencer, Creator, and Customer Marketing teams on campaign-aligned social execution.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social performance metrics and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Use Later’s platform tools for scheduling, analytics, and link-in-bio performance.
  • Run content experiments to test formats, cadence, copy, and creative approaches.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally in-house or at a content-forward agency.
  • Demonstrated confidence on camera with a portfolio of short-form video content you have personally appeared in or produced.
  • Deep, current knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including algorithm behavior, content formats, and audience dynamics.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and format while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Experience managing social content calendars and publishing workflows in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort with social analytics tools and using performance data to guide creative decisions.
  • Collaborative experience working across creative, content, and marketing teams.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the creator economy, social media trends, and influencer marketing.
  • Experience using social media management platforms for scheduling, analytics, and community management.
  • Bonus: hands-on experience with Later’s platform, or familiarity with link-in-bio tools, creator marketplaces, or influencer marketing software.

  • Salary range of $90,000-$120,000.
