Description

  • Develop and maintain financial models for acquisitions, development projects, capital investments, and expansion initiatives.
  • Build development pro formas, project budgets, construction cost forecasts, and investment scenarios; perform ROI, sensitivity, and scenario analyses.
  • Support site selection, market expansion, due diligence, and portfolio growth initiatives.
  • Manage portfolio records, lease summaries, critical dates, project documentation, and real estate databases.
  • Coordinate with landlords, property managers, brokers, and other external real estate partners.
  • Create executive, Board, municipal, community, and strategic planning presentations, dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Maintain portfolio KPIs, scorecards, executive dashboards, pipeline reports, and recurring leadership reporting packages.
  • Conduct market and competitive research on real estate opportunities, infrastructure, economic conditions, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Real Estate, Design, Construction, Finance, Operations, Energy, Legal, and Product teams on business cases and investment recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate analysis, development finance, corporate finance, investment analysis, construction finance, or a related field.
  • Experience building financial models for real estate transactions, development projects, or capital investments.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate, lease administration, landlord relations, and portfolio management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and experience creating executive-level presentations.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate real estate environment.
  • Preferred: Experience with commercial real estate, data centers, infrastructure, industrial, construction budgets, development pro formas, capital planning, or executive and Board materials.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in an eligible state.

  • Annual base salary of $72,000–$87,000, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
