Description

  • Partner with the division CEO and executive team as the primary finance and financial operations contact.
  • Apply corporate FP&A reporting standards consistently across divisional metrics, including bookings, ARR, retention, and margins.
  • Incorporate divisional assumptions and priorities into annual budgeting and company-wide planning cycles.
  • Support forecasting, performance tracking, and operational improvement as a financial chief of staff to the division CEO.
  • Identify and escalate risks, variances, and critical issues related to bookings, retention, and costs.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and develop cost-saving and topline improvement opportunities.
  • Track below-the-line adjustment realization and report progress for lender and board reporting.
  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes, variance analysis, management reporting, and board commentary.
  • Collaborate with Deal Desk, Operations, Accounts Receivable, Sales Operations, and Sales Compensation teams.
  • Lead synergy identification and tracking for acquisitions and provide divisional input on diligence and integration.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, business finance, or finance partnering, including SaaS experience.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS metrics such as ARR, bookings, retention, and margin.
  • Strong financial modeling and variance analysis skills.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating analysis into recommendations.
  • Experience in a private-equity-backed company, including lender or sponsor reporting.
  • M&A experience, including synergy tracking or post-acquisition integration.
  • Experience with Pigment or similar planning platforms such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or Planful.
  • Experience with a multi-product or multi-entity software business.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
