Description

  • Identify, engage, and secure strategic enterprise partners in new payment verticals such as insurance, HOAs, utilities, and auto.
  • Develop and manage a high-value pipeline of complex partnership opportunities from inception through launch.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and other senior decision-makers at prospective partner organizations.
  • Negotiate legal and economic terms in term sheets and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to shape go-to-market strategy and incorporate market feedback.
  • Lead partnerships from signed agreement through technical deployment and successful go-live.
  • Contribute to product development, pricing, and positioning to strengthen the embedded GTM offering.
  • Ensure long-term partnership health and maximize partner value after launch.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships and/or enterprise sales within high-growth FinTech environments.
  • Experience with new market entry and zero-to-one product adoption.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing growth strategies in new markets.
  • Experience sourcing and closing first-of-kind deals with senior decision-makers for Payments/FinTech solutions, especially BNPL programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals in new markets with new product or service offerings.
  • Strong executive communication, influence, and complex negotiation skills.
  • Experience building deal models, evaluating partnership economics, and navigating legal agreements.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders and direct teams.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, evolving environments with urgency and adaptability.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
