Description

Own detection engineering and threat hunting in CrowdStrike Next-Gen SIEM, including log onboarding and detection tuning.
Build security automation and AI-assisted workflows that orchestrate enrichment, containment, paging, ticketing, and investigation across security tools.
Lead technical incident response for corporate, third-party, and supply-chain events, including forensics, root-cause remediation, and stakeholder communications.
Manage CrowdStrike Falcon configuration, detections, device trust checks, software inventory, and the Falcon Complete SOC relationship.
Own Okta authentication, MFA, session, privileged-access, and access-review controls.
Manage Mimecast, secure network access, Google Workspace, key SaaS security settings, and SaaS posture findings.
Design and operate data-loss-prevention controls across email, collaboration tools, endpoints, and SaaS applications.
Secure Fleetio's AI usage through tool visibility, agent access controls, guardrails, and AI detection and response.
Run vulnerability management for corporate assets and report security posture metrics to guide program priorities.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in security operations, detection and response, or security engineering, ideally in a SaaS company.
Experience with SIEM detection engineering and threat hunting, preferably CrowdStrike Next-Gen SIEM or similar.
Experience building SOAR playbooks and integrations across identity, endpoint, email, and SaaS tools using Python or PowerShell and REST APIs.
Experience leading incident response from triage through forensics, root cause, and follow-up across cloud, identity, and SaaS environments.
Experience working with an MDR or managed SOC provider.
Experience administering identity security with Okta or a similar provider, including authentication policies, privileged access, and access reviews in a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 environment.
Experience with endpoint security platforms such as CrowdStrike, including macOS, device trust, and endpoint query tooling.
Experience with email security, SaaS security posture management, and DLP program design across email, cloud collaboration, and endpoints.
Experience securing developer tooling and software supply chains, including IDE extensions, package registries, and AI coding tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining security risk to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience securing organizational AI use, building AI agents or LLM-powered security automations, or using LLMs for alert triage and investigation (preferred).
