Description

Design and enhance user interfaces for the Flatgigs platform to ensure a seamless user experience.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools.
Collaborate with product managers, product teams, and developers to translate concepts into implemented designs.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to improve usability.
Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders.
Ensure designs align with Flatgigs' brand identity and mission.
Support the marketing team with design-related tasks, including promotional materials.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Ability to create responsive designs that work well across devices.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual design aesthetic.
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for innovation and creating meaningful user experiences.
