Description

  • Design and enhance user interfaces for the Flatgigs platform to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools.
  • Collaborate with product managers, product teams, and developers to translate concepts into implemented designs.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to improve usability.
  • Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ensure designs align with Flatgigs' brand identity and mission.
  • Support the marketing team with design-related tasks, including promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to create responsive designs that work well across devices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual design aesthetic.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for innovation and creating meaningful user experiences.
